Cullman Area Workforce Solutions (CAWS)

The CAWS program is a partnership between Cullman area industries, business leaders, community leaders, educators and other individuals dedicated to improving the workforce in Cullman. The program was created to meet the current and future employment needs of the community and produce a larger skilled labor force.

Focus areas include:

Exchange opportunities for educators to give them a better understanding of area careers and skills needed
Career readiness programs to prepare students for the workforce
Speakers bureau to increase awareness of area industries and workforce needs
Programs targeted toward underemployed and dislocated employees
